Where the configuration lives

Runyte uses the first of these that applies:
| Condition | Path |
|---|---|
XDG_CONFIG_HOME is set (any platform) | $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/runyte/config.yaml |
| Otherwise, on Linux and macOS | ~/.config/runyte/config.yaml |
| Otherwise, on Windows | %APPDATA%\runyte\config.yaml |
- Empty environment values are ignored. If no platform default can be resolved, Runyte starts without a configuration file.
--config <path>replaces the default path. A relative path is resolved from the directory Runyte was launched in, even if workspace setup later moves to another directory.- config.example.yaml is a complete, commented starting point.
